About the service
BookProSalon provides tools for discovering approved salons, viewing services, requesting scheduled or walk-in visits, following booking and queue status, and managing salon operations. A booking request is not confirmed until accepted according to the status shown by the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity through your account. Administrative accounts cannot be registered publicly.
Bookings, queues and estimates
Salon partners control whether a request is accepted or declined. Queue positions and estimated wait times are estimates based on available operational data and may change as services progress. Customers must review booking details, cancellation status and payment state shown in their account.
Salon-partner responsibilities
Salon partners must complete onboarding with accurate business details, location, images, hours and services. Operational access begins only after administrator approval. Partners must keep information current, handle customer information responsibly and record booking states truthfully. Approval may be rejected, suspended or withdrawn for inaccurate, unsafe or abusive activity.
Prices, payments and refunds
Booking totals are calculated by the server from current authorised service prices and saved as booking-time snapshots. Cash-at-salon payments must be recorded only after receipt. Online payments or refunds are available only when a supported gateway is configured and verifies the relevant transaction.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or salon.
- Do not submit false bookings, reviews, payment claims or business details.
- Do not attempt to bypass role, ownership, approval or rate-limit controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or unauthorised content.
- Do not interfere with the availability or security of the service.
Availability and limitations
Features may be changed, paused or unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or pre-launch development. BookProSalon does not guarantee that a particular salon, time, queue estimate, notification or external provider will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date. A verified legal and support contact will be added before full public launch.
