Salon partners complete their business profile first. BookProSalon administrators review the submitted details before dashboard access is enabled.

Create the owner account and initial salon identity.

Add address, location, opening hours, a genuine photo and offered services.

The submitted salon stays locked and pending until reviewed.

An approval notification and configured email confirm access.

Accept or decline customer requests using controlled state changes.

Start services, advance tokens and record genuine completion status.
